After-sales service commitment
To enable our equipment to be delivered timely, safely and normally, our company shall carry out perfect after-sales service and do the following the work to meet users’ satisfaction.
1. After the products have been shipped to the site, our company shall carry out whole-process technical service from product installation and operation, including onsite guidance, installation, equipment debugging and assistance in commissioning, etc.
2. Ensure all-round product quality and carry out “three guarantees” service on the products within one year.
3. In case of any one of our customer asks for service, we shall give a reply within two hours upon receipt of user’s notice. If onsite service is necessary, our service personnel shall arrive at the site and offer service from 24 hours (within the province) to 48 hours (outside the province).
